Traveling, yet another factor

This past weekend, I traveled to the roots of our democratic society -- Washington D.C. In D.C. I learned that traveling is a major factor in whether one chooses to eat in or out. For instance, some hotels that do not have mini (or bigger)  fridges make it almost impossible to eat inside, with healthy meals. My hotel was one of these hotels, and even for breakfast I had to head downstairs to the starbucks. For lunch and dinner, I also ate out. I admit that every meal was not very healthy, while i could've been at home with at least one healthy meal a day. Not in all cases, but in many whenever someone travels on vacation all dieting goes out the window. Everyone likes to take the stress off, and try new and sometimes unhealthy foods.
Everyone should realize, and be even more cautious of their food choices when on vacation. Even when on vacation, people should be cautious of calories, and fat intake.Eating out makes it way too easy for one to eat in an unhealthy way on vacation. Too many people throw their diets away on vacations, so by realizing the facts and being aware that traveling is a factor of eating in or out can help one stay healthy.
