Mayo Clinic
According to the Mayo Clinic, which is a hospital type thing, says basically that organic food is just a lable. The lable of being "Organically Grown" means nothing more than the fact that less pesticides were used, and things of that nature. That's quite a defferent opinion from my last blog, which said that organic foods are far better for your health and your energy. I'm starting to see that there are a lot of different angles on this subject, but I have to agree with the fact that it is just a lable. In the words of Baby Mama, "That crap is for rich people who hate themselves." The score is Lable: 2 Actually healthier: 1
