Time (an overlooked factor)

Time is a precious thing. Time is money. Time is somthing many people use as an excuse. In an article i recently read on NewsBlaze, about an article of home cooked meals. The article discusses how hard economic times have taken home cooked meals as the "norm" now. The article also, discusses the issue of time, and how healthy home cooked meals will not just appear on a dinner table. Home cooked meals, take price prepping, grocery planning, and then the time to cook the meal.
The article then went on to discuss different ways to be healthy while cooking at home. Monitor your proportions, watch for sales, clip coupons, buy generic, buy quantity, don't pay for waste, clean out the freezer and cabinets, cut down on convience foods, and pack a lunch (dinner) are all suggestions to save while cooking at home.
Now, like everything with this information, you have to make a decision. A decision of whether or not being healthy is worth your time. Is it worth all of the planning, may be even researching healthy and delicious foods your family will eat? I think that it is worth the planning, whenever time is admitted, because every person on earth needs healthy and nutricious meals.
