I noticed that I was very tired and lazy in the past three weeks than before. The only thing that had really changed was my dinner. Eating out all that time really put a strain on us too because that was money that could have been going other places. We got our oven fixed sometime last week, and we've already been doing better. I've been cleaning a lot more often, mainly because I had more energy. I know that the food is related to how I feel because today, after our field trip, we went to the mail to eat where I had Chinese food. I am completely exhausted. It makes me not want to eat out again for a while.

And how does food make you feel?
Like I've said before, my family eats dinner at home more often than not. In the past few weeks, our oven has been broken. If you didn't know, which you probably didn't, most of our meals depend on our oven. We rarely fry things because most of the people in the house aren't crazy about fried foods. My mom and I don't like to stand over the hot grease either. Anyway, for dinner, we resulted to fried food and fast food. The air conditioner in the kitchen/den was broken and the temperature was pretty high, which added to the heat that would be created by frying food. We ended up eating more fast food in a three week period than ever before.
