Food For Your....sleepy

Did you know that wheat products makes you sleep? Yea, they do, and guess what: your lunch ladies constantly serve them to you. No wonder you're always sleepy after lunch! Wheat products release chemicals into your body that calm and relax you, therefore, making it easier to achieve a restful state. Cherries are another food that makes you tired and relaxed. If you eat a lot of cherries you will recieve the same effect as with the wheat products. Hmm, and processed food keeps you wide awake. Go figure, huh?
