A really bad con of buying from grocery or chain stores is sometimes you may be faced a nasty purchase. You may get something rotten or spoiled. You will probably get your money back if you return but still getting bad products is devastating. Not only does it affect the consumer but also the company suffers the loss of a valued customer. This article I read was really about how if grocery stores are going to lose money, they should at least try to keep the customer.
