This is How We Do It ......

This week my family and have started this diet that we are trying to follow. Its not a very strict diet its pretty much the basics. We decided to do this diet to get our mind set off of fast foods, fine dinning resturants, and fried foods to baked foods with salads and water. Each night this week my mother has cooked a baked meal. On Monday we had baked chicken , Tuesday we had baked pork chops , and tonight we are having baked fish. Tomorrow night we plain to have just a salad with baked meat inside of it.
Usually, when we go out to eat we never order water as our drink. Most of the time its soda, tea , or an alcoholic; beverage for my parents. So , we are trying to stay a way from all that stuff that can make us gain water. Water is our solution. We're going to try this for as long as each of us can follow the dietary rule.

Who ever breaks it looses ; lets see who's going to be the last one standing!
