Environment factor?

For your dietary habits, is your environment a factor, or is it not? Well, of course it is. Wherever you are depends on what you eat.  If you are at school, or even work you have the option to eat what is there (surrounding choices) or bring your own food. In today's society, bringing your own food is not common. It is very unlikely only, because the United States is a very high paced world. People think they do not have time to make a sandwich or something for the next day, which would be healthier; however, your environment (dining at home rather than eating out) is not really a factor. Everyone has a choice to eat inside and be unhealthy or eat out and be unhealthy, vice versa. One is not limited to what restaurant he or she eats at for dinner, because there are always salads on the menus at restaurants restaurants. Also, when eating at home, the choices are only limited to what is in the refridgerator. So, yes ( in my opinion) your environment is a factor, but not when it comes to eating at home, rather than going out to eat.
