When people think about the money aspects of eating out and dining in, we think about the cost of the meal we order or the groceries, but what we fail to realize is that there is so much more than that, which Samanatha Eckles made me realize.
For one, we waste more than money when we eat out, we waste time. It takes gas to get to the restaurant, time to order, time for the food to get to the table, time to eat, and time and gas to get back home. It takes less time to cook at home, less time to clean, and practically no gas.
Her blog made me realize that we exchange way more than money for convenience.
You should DEFINITELY check out her blog! It has a pretty chart that lets you see the comparisons.
