The US Department of Health and Services recommends that we should move for at least 60mins everyday to stay in shape. This doesn't mean that we have to lift weights or anything, just stay active and have fun doing it.
Every Friday after school I come home to listen to my favorite songs and have a dance work out session. I play my favorite songs that have a fast beat and just have fun.Since I do it at home I don't have to worry about anyone watching me or making fun of my awkward motions since it's a known fact in my family that I'm the only one born without rhythm. Trying to learn dance routine is also a good work out, especially if it's like the one below (I dare you to learn it in one week!)
Another habit I have started is walking around my neighbor with my sister every Saturday morning. We get up early when the weather is just right, grab fill up our water bottles, and go. It's easy and practical way to stay in shape that also helps us to catch up on the week or just talk.
*This dance is almost impossibe! The song is "Ring Ding Dong" by SHINee, an all male Korean supergroup. The dance instructor is also Korean. I have other hype songs like ths on my playlist on Youtube. Hope you enjoy it!

I will most definantly be trying to learn this dance, though I have no rhythm myself. Lol!
