Last Friday, instead of going thru the drive through lane, we stopped by Subway instead. Over the years Subway has become famous for it's healthy and awesome sandwiches. However, to my great suprise, the rest of my family decided not to get Subway (Mom just made a salad, Dad stopped by McDonalds and got a chicken sandwich for him and a Happy Meal for Jarria). Nevertheless, I went throught with my expirement.
What I ate:
Turkey breast sandwhich: 280 calories (includes toppings)
0 Calorie Coke: 0 calories
Harvest Chedder Sunchips:210calories
Total:490 calories
The total calorie count for this meal was greatly different from that of the previous Friday. Now if only I can get my the rest of my family on board with this new healthy subsitute...
