Might Consider Counting Calories

Is there a huge difference in the things we partake in, depending on where we get it from and what it is? Heck yeah!

The numbers of calories of a cheeseburger from Burger King will defiantly not have the same number of calories that you would get from your own personal kitchen. Just a regular hamburger (without cheese) has 260 calories 11 grams of fat 4 grams of saturated fat 0 grams of trans fat 30 mg of cholesterol 14 grams of protein 5 grams of sugar 520mg sodium and 27g carbs. (Not exactly sure)

In a comparison of these numbers with a Turkey Burger or Ground Chuck burger I'm willing to bet the number of calories, saturated fats, carbs, or sodium intake is a lot lower due to the fact that there is less grease left in the food or meat. Or even so because you can monitor how much you take in with the beef.

So the next time you are torn between a big fat juicy flame broiled burger from Burger King with all its nice condiments on the side, or a plain ole' burger from your kitchen. Go with the one from your kitchen just to eliminate the trouble of heartburn and to keep your body healthier.
