Sack Lunches In Bunches!!

    Sack lunches: lunches brought from home that is considered healthy. Wrong! In fact, most sack lunches are unhealthy for you. You may pack those yummy Lunchables, little cheese sticks, and then toss in an apple and maybe a soda or something to drink, but most of this food is processed. These foods are healthy liars!
    The best types of foods to pack would be lots of fresh veggies, fruits, and 100% fruit juices. The best way to serve some vegetables are with a small serving of ranch, peanut butter, or some other organic vegetable dip. Peanut butter helps you stay fuller, so you can count on not being hungry in the next ten minutes. These ideas are also key in helping manage weight and energizing the body.
     So the next time you cringe at cafeteria food and decide to bring your own, think less processed and more healthy progress! Happy Eating!
